Product Description:

Double Spindle CNC Turning Center HTCSY50-S Interpolation Y-axis Turning and Milling Center
HTCSY50-S, featuring the interpolation Y - axis turning and milling function. The one - piece cast bed has high rigidity and stability, which can support complex milling operations. It is equipped with the Taiwan Syntec 22tb series main control system to achieve multi - axis linkage. The self - made 12 - station servo power turret has a fast tool - changing speed. Combined with the interpolation Y - axis, it can efficiently complete composite machining such as turning,milling, drilling and tapping, easily handling the machining of complex parts.

Product Features:

1. The machine bed is an integrated cast high-rigidity bed with large anti-vibration damping and small deformation.
2. The 30° slant bed design makes it convenient for the operator to install and remove workpiece, and easy for chips removal. 3. Standard parts including servo turret, fast tool change and multi-tool positions.
4. Full-proof internal protection, effectively separating the machining area with better oil-proof, water-proof and dust-proof effect.
5. Tailstock has the function of fast forward and then slow forward.
6. Suitable for turning and milling multi-function workpiece.
